This is an interesting Italian site debating culture, religion, and politics in Europe. They have been hosting an interesting debate with such polarizing intellectuals as Ayaan Hirsi Ali, Ian Buruma, Shiri Ebadi, and many other writers and politicians. I will probably consider submitting something there in the near future.
Also see Sign and Sight.com, which translates many German newspapers and excerpts from a variety of other European media. It also features interesting debates and correspondences. Also see Eurozine, Atopia, and the Global Site for European critical theory and philosophy.
It's very interesting to see the European perspective on issues like the future of EU, Muslim integration, and trans-Atlantic relations, and it may surprise you.
